WiseEnergy Reaches 2.5GW of Capacity Under Management

After having successfully entered the Polish and the Spanish markets, WiseEnergy strengthens its presence globally with a new milestone in terms of total managed capacity.

WiseEnergy has had a very strong start to 2024 and has reached a new milestone in its growth. The company is proud to announce it has exceeded 2.5 GW of managed capacity worldwide, of which over 2 GW is related to operational assets.

“WiseEnergy – says Rebecca Carter, WiseEnergy’s Global Managing Director – is strengthening its presence all over the world as our clients understand the value our services can bring to their assets and portfolios. Today, WiseEnergy provides solar development, construction and asset management services in nine countries, and we continue to expand our geographic footprint.  We have strengthened our market position as the leading solar asset manager in our target geographies”

WiseEnergy’s numbers speak for themselves, with more than 1,500 operating assets split among Chile, India, Italy, Namibia, Poland, Portugal, Spain, UK and USA for more than 2.5 GW of overall capacity.  WiseEnergy employs its internally-developed and proprietary digital platform WiseAMP to manage its entire asset base internationally.

Our experience across many geographical regions, our deep knowledge of the different markets, and our commitment to driving superior performance of the assets in our care – explains Carter – is what sets our company apart, and what is driving our rapid growth in clients and assets under management.”.

“I expect WiseEnergy to continue its rapid growth and globalisation, driving value for asset owners and investors across the globe – confirms Michael Bonte-Friedheim, CEO of NextEnergy Group, of which WiseEnergy is a part .”
